You can find hours, directions, and nearby resources for our convenient location on our Locations page. Our main center is located just off I-69 in Evansville. Our site is designed for easy access so that you can focus on your treatment, not your travel time.
We’re also just minutes from local restaurants, cafés, and shops, allowing you to manage your appointments without disrupting your routine. For some patients, care may also be provided at the Deaconess Chancellor Center for Oncology in Newburgh, just nine minutes away. The location of your treatments will depend on your individual care plan, and we will always prioritize what’s most comfortable and convenient for you.

What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit will include registration and an in-depth consultation with your physician and care team. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can make sure all forms are complete and your information is up to date. These initial appointments typically take 1 to 2 hours to ensure we have time to answer your questions and walk you through your care plan.
To simplify your experience, we encourage you to complete our New Patient Packet ahead of time. When scheduling your appointment, we can send these forms by mail or email, or you can sign up for our patient portal to complete them online.

When will my treatment begin?
Following your consultation, your radiation oncologist will recommend a treatment approach based on your diagnosis and needs. After you give your consent to move forward, we’ll schedule imaging to help design your personalized plan. This process typically takes one to two weeks, after which we’ll begin scheduling your treatments. Throughout, we’ll stay in close communication and ensure you understand every step along the way.
